Dr. Gilmore is a specialist in diagnosis and treatment of musculoskeletal conditions involving the joints, muscles, nerves and soft tissues of the body. He commonly diagnoses and treats a wide range of conditions including: lower and upper back pain, neck pain, pinched nerve, headaches, migraines, whiplash, concussions, joint pain, sciatica, scoliosis, bulging/herniated disc, arthritis and postural conditions.
Dr. Gilmore also has a special interest in sports related injuries and injuries involving the extremities. Care at his office involves diagnosing and treating the root cause of the problem rather than simply treating symptoms with medication or surgery. This can enable the body to function optimally allowing individuals to enjoy healthier and more active lives free of pain.

This is done with the most advanced digital imaging equipment, regulatory compliance and collimation. Collimation refers to the process of limiting the x-ray beam to the area of interest to minimize exposure to surrounding tissues and reduce scatter radiation. By focusing the x-ray beam on the specific area being imaged, collimation reduces the amount of radiation the patient receives, which helps in minimizing the risk of radiation.
